Back working in Harbour square Dun Laoghaire for one of our long standing clients helping them remodel and maximize their total usable office space making more room for staff expansion and converting rooms to suit their changing needs as they expand !
We are delighted to be working with zinopy fitting out their new office space in Riverview Business Park, Nangor Road, Parkwest, Dublin 12.
Works are well advanced on this 3 floor office fit out with an agreed phased move in agreed with our client allowing them to move in and work away as soon as possible whilst allowing us to continue working on the floors below, great client and will be a fantastic office space for them to work in and grow when finished.
After refitting and completing the top 2 floors for Repak a few years ago, we were delighted to be engaged by them once again along with their design team to fully refit the ground floor office space along with carrying out external works to the front of the building and also removing 2 stairs and replacing them with new stairs all while our client was working away uninterrupted.
The finished product is a fantastic architectural and engineering design concept brought together by the officeworx team along with our brilliant sub-contractors who all worked very well together to bring the pieces all together at the end, excellent project team work from start to finish.
We wish Repak and all of their staff all the very best in their new ground floor office space.
Officeworx have just completed a design and build office fit out project for a Private financial services client based and moving within Dublin’s IFSC!
Works involved demolition and removal of all existing floor coverings and partition wall removal along with mechanical and electrical tasks all while in a fully occupied building working both during normal office hours and after office hours and weekends where required and requested to do so.
We are very proud to have helped them move from their existing IFSC office space to newer larger offices in Custom House Plaza, IFSC Dublin 1. We wish them and their staff many more years of success and future growth.
Lee Sherlock Solicitors appointed us to carry out their office refurbishment and interior re-model at their Nutgrove office address. Carrying out these works while the client remains in their office space working away might prove to be a challenge for some contractors but to us this process is made very simple and easy.
Once the client is fully informed from day 1 where things will start so they can move staff to other locations while we complete phase 1 then move onto phase 2 and finally phase 3 and close out before the Christmas break which was achieved.

We have been appointed by the letting agent, landlord and Mott McDonald to refurbish office floors at 4th floor north block and 4th and 5th floor south block Rockfield Dundrum so as to have these refurbished offices floors ready for lettings in the near future to a mixture of tech / financial / legal and medical firms looking to setup or relocate their offices to an excellent office location like Dundrum right beside the Luas stop at Ballally.

We are delighted to be appointed design and build fit out contractors by Upton Ryan chartered accountants for their new offices at Rockfield central dundrum. Works are well under way and this project has a 4 week start to finish time line which must be achieved
We have been appointed by Blueseal financial to project manage and fit out their new offices at Warrington place Dublin 2. This fast track project is to be completed within 2 weeks and both the client and landlord are being kept informed on a Dailey basis as to the progress being made on site.
We have been appointed by Repak to carry out their office refurbishment project at their HQ building at the Red Cow Interchange Estate, Ballymount, Dublin 22.
Works are well under way with this 2 floor refit / refurbishment project due for completion mid February 2015. Our client has already commended the fast track nature of the project start from us being appointed and carrying out our site setup procedure within 2 days of the order been given.
They also like the flexible approach taken to any changes or modifications to the drawings or scope of works can be done on-site and re-laid to the site team with the use of the Officeworx mobile AutoCAD application making changes there and then to keep the project moving along on track and on schedule. To whom it my concern, For nearly two years now, we have dealt with Officeworx fit-out Ltd (contracted by tenants) on three separate office fit-out projects in our block 2 Harbour Square office block in dun Laoghaire and to date we have found Peter and his team excellent in their approach to the design and build aspect of each fit-out undertaken for each new tenant that has moved into the building. Officeworx office layout designs and technical detail make the fit-out process seem very simple and straight forward from the start of the project right through to the end with little or no disruption to the daily workings of the building and other office tenants. All works carried out on site are done in a very safe and professional manner and Peter kept me informed on a regular basis of the progress of each job and communicated very well with me when critical items had to be agreed with building management prior to their commencement. Peter was also flexible in terms of “Out of Hours” working when occasionally required. Officeworx have now completed projects on the 5th, 2nd and now ground floor at the same office block for three different companies which is a testament to their professionalism and overall fit-out knowledge. I have found that Officeworx have given considerable consideration to the landlords requirements and restrictions throughout the process, which is rare in my experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter and his Officeworx team for any interior office fit-out project and would happily use them myself for any building maintenance work in the near future.

A Ministers seal of approval for Officeworx latest fit-out project completed in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
Airtel ATN, dedicated to the development of communications software for the Aeronautical Telecommunications Network (ATN), has announced that it has moved to a new, larger office to cater for growth.
The announcement was made yesterday by Minister Seán Sherlock, Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, (pictured), together with Frank O’Connor, CEO, Airtel ATN during an event officially opening Airtel ATN’s new office at 2 Harbour Square, Crofton Road, Dun Laoghaire.
After extensive building due diligence on many south Dublin office blocks completed by Officeworx, we were delighted to be appointed by Airtel to carry out a full office fit-out project on the 2nd floor, Block 2, Harbour Square, Dun Laoghaire.
